Complaints Resolution
The Catholic Schools Office (CSO) and St Catherine’s Catholic College are dedicated to maintaining a positive and safe environment for all staff and students. However, there may be times when members of our school or the broader community have concerns about something happening within the school that seems unsatisfactory or unreasonable.
To address such concerns, the CSO has formal written protocols in place, aligned with the Diocesan Complaints Resolution Policy. This policy ensures a consistent approach for all diocesan schools and is designed to address issues raised by parents, carers, and the wider community. Concerns may involve areas such as student learning, behaviour, and welfare, school organisation and management, or student health and safety.
